Summary
Two serial killers are on the loose in Washington D.C., and Alex Cross and his new girlfriend Detective Brianna Stone are on the case. One of the murderers has a fetish for having his killings take place in front of a live audience, and the other is one of Alex's former FBI friends who has recently escaped from a maximum security prison.
